Refund Policy
| 1. | Customer is not entitled for any refund in part or full once the service is delivered. In the event of issues that may arise before delivery of service, customer can contact HiCarePro Services Pvt. Ltd. for full refund. |
| 2. | If 100% advance amount for the contract is paid and no service is availed till the expiry of the contract, then the advance amount paid will be forfeited by HiCarePro Services Pvt. Ltd. |
| 3. | In the event that the customer does not provide a signature indicating acceptance or rejection of the contract copy, it shall be construed that the customer has accepted the terms and conditions outlined therein. |
